If you missed this year’s Groundbreak, Procore’s annual technology conference, you may not have heard the company’s 3 big announcements: Procore for Owners, Procore Analytics, and the Embredded Experience.
In my written recap of the event, I shared some background information on all three of the announcements, but I also had the opportunity to interview several of the Procore product managers, who were pivotal in the creation and rollout of the new products, while I was at Groundbreak.
Especially when dealing with technology, I think it’s vitally important to be able to see how the software function to be able to truly gauge if it will make an impact for your business. Below the short descriptions, you will be able to watch demonstrations of all three of the new products.
Procore for Owners
After Procore acquired Honest Buildings in July of this year, the company got to work combining the best of what Procore and Honest Buildings had to offer for building and property owners to create Procore for Owners.
The platform gives owners a clear view of all of the most important data being collected on the project, including project costs, capital planning capabilities, bid comparisons, among any other features.
Procore Analytics
All of the data you collect doesn’t help you run your project or business any better if you don’t analyze it. With the announcement of Procore Analytics, Procore hopes to make the data from your prime contracts, change orders, budgets, invoicing, RFIs, and inspections - just to name a few – come alive with more than 80 customized reports.
Embedded Experience
In October, Procore announced the enhancement of their 3rd party app marketplace by way of their new Embedded Experience. The new release allows the full version of your favorite applications to be embedded directly into Procore, so you don’t have to jump between tabs.
